Melody Radio

Melody Radio was a UK-based independent radio station that launched in London on 9 July 1990. It specialized in easy listening and soft adult contemporary music, appealing to an older, more relaxed audience. The station was founded by media entrepreneur Nicholas Bartholomew. In 1998, it was sold to the Emap group, which rebranded it as Magic 105.4 FM, forming the basis of the Magic Radio network. Melody Radio initially gained popularity for its minimal talk and focus on music.
