CHMR

CHMR-FM is a campus and community radio station based at Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It broadcasts at 93.5 FM and is operated by the Memorial University of Newfoundland Students' Union (MUNSU). The station provides a platform for diverse programming, including music, talk shows, and cultural content, often focusing on local and independent artists. CHMR-FM also supports student and community involvement, offering training and opportunities for volunteers to produce and host shows. It began broadcasting in 1987 and continues to serve as a voice for the university and surrounding community.
