Cool

Cool was a branding used by several Canadian radio stations, typically associated with jazz, smooth jazz, or adult contemporary formats. The most notable station was *Cool FM 99.1* in London, Ontario, which operated under the call sign CKUL-FM before rebranding. These stations often featured a mix of music genres aimed at a mature audience. Over time, many of the stations using the "Cool" branding transitioned to other formats or rebranded entirely. The brand was prominent in the late 1990s and early 2000s but has since faded.
