Rock 103.5

Rock 103.5 was a Chicago-based rock radio station that operated under the call sign WRCX from 1994 to 1998. It primarily featured an active rock format, playing a mix of hard rock and alternative rock popular during the 1990s. Owned by Evergreen Media, the station gained a strong following among rock fans in the Chicago area but faced competition from other local rock stations. In 1998, the station changed its format to urban contemporary and became known as WKSC-FM (Kiss FM). Its brief run left a lasting impression on Chicago's rock music scene.
