Z-ROCK

Z-Rock was a nationally syndicated radio network in the United States that launched in 1986 and primarily aired hard rock and heavy metal music. Owned by the Satellite Music Network, it targeted a young, rock-oriented audience and gained a dedicated following. Z-Rock was notable for its edgy on-air personalities and slogan, "If it’s too loud, you’re too old." The network ceased operations in 1996 but remains a nostalgic favorite among fans of its distinctive format.
