Rádio Educacao Rural

Rádio Educação Rural was a prominent radio station in Brazil, established in 1962 in the city of Tefé, in the state of Amazonas. It was created by the Catholic Church, supported by the Pontifical Society for the Propagation of the Faith, to promote education, social development, and evangelization in isolated rural communities of the Amazon region. The station played a significant role in broadcasting educational programs, including literacy campaigns and agricultural training.
