North Country Public Radio

North Country Public Radio (NCPR) is a regional public radio network based in Canton, New York, serving northern New York, western Vermont, and southeastern Ontario. It is operated by St. Lawrence University and is an affiliate of National Public Radio (NPR), Public Radio International (PRI), and American Public Media (APM). The station provides a mix of national and international news, locally-produced programming, and music. Established in 1968, NCPR has a network of transmitters and translators to reach rural communities across its coverage area.
