Rádio Record

Rádio Record was a prominent Brazilian radio station established in São Paulo in 1931. It played a significant role in the development of Brazilian broadcasting, especially during the golden age of radio, by featuring popular music, radio dramas, and news. Owned by Grupo Record, the station was part of the larger media conglomerate that later expanded into television with Rede Record. Over time, its influence waned as television became dominant, and the station eventually ceased operations in the 1990s.
