Radio Club

Radio Club was a pioneering French radio station that began broadcasting in the early 1920s. It was operated by the Radio-Club de France, an amateur radio organization founded in 1917 to promote radio technology and experimentation. The station played a significant role in the development of French broadcasting and was one of the first to transmit regular programs, including music and news. It ceased operations in the late 1920s as commercial and state-controlled broadcasting began to dominate the airwaves.
