Radio Olympiades

Radio Olympiades was a local French radio station based in the Olympiades district of Paris, active during the 1980s. It was part of the wave of independent, community-driven "free radios" (radios libres) that emerged after the liberalization of airwaves in France in 1981. The station primarily focused on local news, cultural programming, and community issues relevant to the diverse population of the 13th arrondissement. Like many small stations of the era, it eventually faced challenges related to funding and competition, leading to its closure.
