SAFM Adelaide

SAFM is a commercial FM radio station based in Adelaide, South Australia, and is part of the national Hit Network owned by Southern Cross Austereo. It first launched in 1980 as South Australia's first commercial FM station. SAFM primarily broadcasts a contemporary hit radio (CHR) format, featuring a mix of popular music, entertainment, and lifestyle content. The station underwent several rebrandings over the years, including a period as Hit107, before reverting to the SAFM name in 2020. It targets a younger audience demographic and features local breakfast shows alongside networked programming.
