Estéreo Tecnológico was a university radio station operated by the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. It began broadcasting on October 1, 1969, on 94.9 FM, making it one of the first FM radio stations in the region. The station was known for its focus on cultural, educational, and musical programming. In 2000, ITESM decided to cease its FM broadcasts, and the frequency was sold to MVS Radio, which now operates it as a commercial station. Estéreo Tecnológico continued as an online station for some time after leaving FM.
