CFM Radio is a British Independent Local Radio station based in Carlisle, Cumbria. It launched on April 14, 1993, and primarily serves Cumbria and parts of southwest Scotland. The station broadcasts contemporary hit music and provides local news, weather, and community information. CFM Radio is part of the Hits Radio Network, owned and operated by Bauer Media Group. The station transitioned to the Hits Radio branding in 2019 but retains localized programming for its audience.
